Trip to Michigan

We had a great visit to Michigan this month. We did the usual: relaxed, kayaked and drank a lot of coffee (Kim), took a long bike ride to Lake Michigan, fished and won a lot of corn hole games  (Corey), swung in the tree swing and ran around the farm like free range chickens (Natalie and Audrey), and picked blueberries and ate our birth weights in yummy sweet treats (all four of us).

 Natalie has become an expert paddleboarder.

The highlight of the trip was a sunset sail on Lake Michigan to celebrate Nana and Papa's 50th wedding anniversary. What a perfect night on the lake it was.

 We got to go under a draw bridge

 and past this famous pier.

 Just as the sun set, Corey, Amber, Kristen,

Barron and the girls decided to jump in!

 I chose not to.
