Choir

Our girls have been so lucky to have had an amazing choir teacher at their school. Mr. Abbott has taught for 23 years and I believe most of it has been at our school. He loves music, is a versatile musician and has inspired our girls (especially Natalie) to love music, too! This year the 4th and 5th grade choir did Songs of America with a few Michael Jackson numbers mixed in. It sounds like an odd combination of music but Mr. Abbott made it work. And Natalie did a solo of Man in the Mirror that made me cry. Such a fun night. Mr. Abbott is retiring at the end of the school year and we are so sad to see him go.

We're going to miss you, Mr. Abbott!
