I took Natalie to see Santa at the mall yesterday and it did not go well. She was so excited standing in line...this is Natalie looking up at the Christmas tree lights above her...

Then, only 5 short minutes later...
What a nice Santa, though...he still gave Natalie a book about Christmas as she fled...now that's the spirit!

Well, at least Owen's not the only child traumatized my Santa. I bet they will be completely different in a year or two (I hope). Natalie looks very pretty in her Christmas dress though!
If you think about it Santa looks pretty scary. He's like the abominable snowman with half his face and head covered in crazy white hair, and no neck due to the long beard, and a big round tummy. It's jubba the hut with a beard, and we are handing our kids over to this thing. NO wonder their scared.
