We've all been feeling a bit icky this week and Natalie and I have been staying at home most days...which seems so wrong because it's been an absolutely gorgeous 80 degree week! But it just goes to show that February cold and flu season exists no matter how far south you live!
Creative costuming is how Natalie chose to take her mind off her troubles. The shirt is covered in breakfast, the tutu is too too many sizes too small, the sunglasses are scratched beyond repair after a face plant fall at the zoo last weekend and her hair hasn't seen a comb since the day before. But she was happy...and frankly, when it comes to a toddler with a temper and a temperature, that's all a mom can hope for.
