Camp Out

I think I mentioned in a previous post that Corey's parents handed down the family pop-up camper to us. We're so excited to use it at an actual campground, but so far we've rather enjoyed it just in our own backyard.

It houses guests beautifully...that is until the temperature spikes... and it offers a comfy spot for a backyard camp out. Corey and Natalie slept in it one night a few weeks ago and had so much fun! I'm a little too pregnant to pass up an available pillow top mattress so I stayed inside all by myself while the two of them watched a cartoon on Corey's laptop and drifted to dreamland in the camper.

Natalie slept like a baby as she was in warm jammies and inside her fleece sleeping bag. Corey got a little chilly when the propane ran out in the middle of the night and the heat stopped. Glad that happened in our backyard and not 3 hours from home!
