Dressing Up!

Natalie is a BIG fan of dressing up. And my closet (and shoe collection) is an equally BIG disappointment to the poor glamour girl. I live in flip flops and clogs. I don't currently own anything sequined, shimmery, feathery, or ruffly. So, Natalie doesn't even venture into my closet anymore when she's in the mood to dress up.

She, instead, heads under the bed to the bin of winter wardrobe elements that are a total novelty to her. She has no recollection of wearing hats, mittens or scarves as we didn't travel anywhere cold this past winter. So, it's all fun and games to her to pile on all those things and traipse around the house until she starts to sweat. It's nice to know that if we do end up someplace cold again she'll be game for bundling up!
